And speaking of book series, what’s your favorite? Are you a fan of them like I am? I love both YA and MG so if you have recommendations, send them my way! I’m currently reading Finale by Stephanie Garber, the final book in her YA Caravel trilogy and LOVING it so far. I’ll be jumping into the second book in Shannon Messenger’s Keeper of the Lost Cities middle grade series next and I seriously can’t wait!
Besides reading this week, I’ll be doing another read through of my middle grade WIP. I haven’t talked a lot about this one but I’ll tell you all about it soon. It’s becoming a book I’m really proud of, one that I can’t wait to dive into every day. Writing this book has been such a long process but the story finally feels like I’ve wanted it to, like I’ve been imagining it, and I’m so excited. Hopefully one day, you’ll see that one in bookstores too!
I hope you guys are having a great week and settling into a September routine. I know that feels harder than ever this year so if you’re not, you’re not the only one.
